Instructor Agreement

1. Overview This agreement outlines the terms under which instructors may create, submit, and earn revenue from online courses published on Globaleschool.com (“Platform”).

2. Instructor Responsibilities

• Create and maintain high-quality educational content
  
• Ensure all course content is original or properly licensed
  
• Engage with students via Q&A or feedback (as applicable)
  

3. Revenue Share

• Instructors will receive 70% of the net revenue collected from each course sale.
  
• Net revenue = total sale amount minus any applicable affiliate commission and transaction processing fees.
  

4. Payment Terms

• Payouts are made monthly, within 45 business days of month-end
  
• Minimum payout threshold: $50
  
• Payments are made via [PayPal / Bank Transfer / Stripe]
  

5. Intellectual Property

• Instructors retain ownership of their content
  
• Platform retains a non-exclusive license to host and distribute the content
  

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice
  
• Platform may remove any course that violates policy or quality standards
  

7. Additional Notes

• Instructor may promote their course and earn additional income via affiliate referral
  
• Courses must not contain misleading, harmful, or illegal content
