Biography

With 27 years of experience in the IT business, I am a certified leadership expert through the John Maxwell Leadership Team and hold an AI for Leaders certification from UT Austin. For the past four years, I have proudly served as a mentor for the University of Houston’s Computer Science Master’s Capstone Project, helping future tech leaders shape their skills and careers.

I offer a wide range of courses and coaching programs, including:

馮春梅擁有 27 年 IT 與商業科技服務經驗，是一位結合科技、管理與培訓實務的講員、顧問與導師。她擁有 John Maxwell Leadership Team 領導力認證，並取得美國德州大學奧斯汀分校（UT Austin）「AI for Leaders」認證。過去四年，她曾持續擔任休士頓大學電腦科學碩士 Capstone Project 導師四年，協助培養新一代科技人才。

Grace 長期從事企業網站建置、數位行銷、軟體顧問、商業流程優化，以及人工智慧應用培訓，服務對象涵蓋中小企業、大型代理商、政府單位、非營利組織與教育領域。她特別擅長將複雜的 AI 工具與技術，轉化為職場人士、管理者與企業主都能實際應用的工作流程與解決方案。

目前她積極推動中文 AI 教育與實戰培訓，課程內容涵蓋 ChatGPT、Google Gemini、NotebookLM、Microsoft Copilot、Notion AI、AI 內容創作、AI 辦公室效率提升，以及 AI 在商業、教育與管理中的應用。她的教學風格重視“實用、落地、易懂”，幫助學員真正將 AI 用在工作與事業發展上。

Biography

I am a Ph.D. chemist with 30 years of industry experience. I have presented papers and training courses at conferences and published a book, “Basics of Specialty Gases Analysis,” in 2011. I hold many professional certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM1), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), ISO/IEC 17025 Lead Auditor, and CompTIA A+.
I enjoy teaching and helping others pass certification exams.
